Good for a Change Veteran Appreciation

SEATTLE, WA  January 20, 2018

CSz Seattle hosted twenty-six Good for a Change volunteers who showed their appreciation for the men and women who have selflessly served our country. Community members of all ages brought donations and spent their time making personalized cards.

As a result, 75 veterans at the local VA hospital received a thank-you card and gift package.

The hilarious improv comedy troupe at CSz Seattle participated in the event and then entertained the volunteers with a hilarious ComedySportz match. Adults and children laughed out loud at the show. Visit www.seattlecomedygroup.com for more information about CSz Seattle.

SEATTLE, WA  November 2017

Thirty Good for a Change volunteers came together at the University Family YMCA to show their appreciation for the men and women who have selflessly served our country. Community members of all ages brought donations and spent their time making personalized cards.

As a result, 90 veterans received a thank-you card and gift package. Volunteers from Soldiers' Angels generously distributed the packages.

Staff from US Senator Maria Cantwell's office and Seattle City Councilmember Rob Johnson's office joined in the effort. They saw first-hand the power of coming together for the common purpose of doing good.
